PropertyHuat is an information tool. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Calculations, normalized prices, scores, projections, and comparisons are statistical estimates derived from public data and may be wrong, stale, or misapplied to your situation. Always verify with a licensed property agent, mortgage broker, lawyer, or financial advisor before making any purchase, sale, or refinancing decision.

Data accuracy

Transaction, rental, price index, and pipeline data is sourced from URA and data.gov.sg and refreshed on a fixed cadence (see About for the cadence table). Data may be delayed, contain errors, or be revised after publication. Project names, addresses, and unit characteristics are presented as received from the source. Use the figures as a starting point, not the final word.

Acceptable use

You may use PropertyHuat for personal, non-commercial property research. You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the site by automated means.
  • Resell, redistribute, or republish the data shown on the site.
  • Use the site to build a competing product or dataset.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage the service.

Intellectual property

URA transaction and pipeline data is provided under URA’s data licence and remains the property of URA. data.gov.sg datasets are provided under the Singapore Open Data Licence. The site’s original code, design, and editorial content are the property of PropertyHuat.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, missed opportunities, or property purchase decisions) arising from your use of the information presented.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to extract data in bulk. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@propertyhuat.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from your use of the site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
